| The 2026 SAVIR Annual Conference Silent Auction is officially open! You can bid on an exciting collection of items donated by SAVIR members and friends to support SAVIR’s mission. Whether you’re already planning for the conference or browsing from home, bidding is now just a click away. How the Auction Works Our silent auction is divided into two sections, each with its own timeline: Section 1 – Providence Experiences & Local Items Open for bidding: March 17 – April 10 at 6:00 PM EST These items highlight Providence-based experiences and offerings. Bidding closes before the conference so attendees have time to plan to enjoy these experiences while in Providence! Section 2 – Main Silent Auction Open for bidding: March 17 – April 13 Live auction event will take place at the conference on Monday, April 13 | 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM Closes onsite at the conclusion of Poster Session A You can start bidding online now and continue bidding onsite at the SAVIR annual conference. We’ll have QR codes available at the poster reception so you can easily jump back into the online bidding from your phone. To view each section separately, click the “Sort” icon on the right side of the auction page and sort by section. How to Start Bidding Getting started is quick and easy: Click the auction link to view the item catalog. Create or sign in to your bidder account and add a credit card to your profile. Select an item and click “Place Bid.” You can also choose “Bid for Me” to set a maximum bid and let the system automatically increase your bid in increments if someone else bids higher. While bidding is open, you will remain the highest bidder until someone outbids you—and you’ll receive notifications if that happens so you can jump back in. When the auction closes, winners will receive instructions to check out and pay online. Why Participate?
