New Older Adult Fall Prevention Resources from NACCHO

The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) is pleased to announce the publication of two new clinical older adult fall prevention products developed with funding from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The first is a new issue brief entitled Connecting Care: A Framework for Local Health Departments to Address Fall Prevention Effort. This issue brief highlights case studies of clinical older adult fall prevention programs including their program description, model, and evaluation. The second is a new guide entitled Older Adult Fall Prevention Program Evaluation Guidance, which was developed for local health departments seeking to evaluate clinical older adult fall prevention programs.
